Epoxy Colori transparent coating is a 2-component paint line made from epoxy resin, curing agent, solvent and other additives.
Application:
Epoxy Colori transparent coating is a transparent, colorless coating used for all surfaces. Water- and alkali-resistant transparent coating for concrete walls, pipes and concrete products.
The floor surface when using transparent Epoxy Colori coating will increase gloss, color fastness, hardness, scratch resistance and especially keep the original color intact..

Surface preparation:
The surface to be painted must be clean, dry, stable and free from dust, oil, grease or other contamination. Surface preparation methods depend on the type of surface and the conditions under which construction is being carried out.
Mix 2 ingredients in the correct ratio by weight: 4/1 (4 parts paint mixed with 1 hardener.)
Recommended paint scheme:
| Paint products used | Number of classes | Dry paint film thickness |
| Solvent-based Epoxy Colori primer | 1 - 2 | 50 microns/layer |
| Epoxy Colori transparent paint | 2 | 100 micron |
Theoretical coverage for recommended film thickness: 10 m2/liter (for dry film thickness of 50 microns)
Theoretical coverage = Solid content by volume (%) x 10
(m2/liter) Dry paint film thickness (µ)
Actual coverage (20% loss): 8 m2/liter (for dry film thickness of 50 microns)
Note: Theoretical coverage is calculated based on the solid content by volume of the material and is related to the thickness of the paint film applied on the standard surface and does not include loss. Due to environmental conditions, flatness of the surface, geometric structure of the object being painted, skill of the installer, construction method... the actual coverage will be calculated approximately for each case. specifically.
Application method: Brush, roller or airless spray gun
Vacuum spray gun (nozzle size: 0.021 ~ 0.023", spray pressure: 100 ~ 150 kg/cm^2).
Dilution : Brush & Roller Max 10%
Spraying with air Maximum 10%
Diluent: Epoxy Colori solvent
Cleaning solvent: Epoxy Colori solvent
Note: All equipment must be cleaned immediately with solvent after use. Alternative solvents not specified or supplied by Colori Paint Company but used for dilution may seriously affect the product and are automatically not guaranteed or warranted.
