Colori heat-resistant coating for corrugated iron roofs is a one-component water-based paint. Paint acts as a heat-insulating film, reflects light, prevents heat transfer and does not accumulate heat inside, can reduce surface temperature by 10°C -20°C when roof temperature reaches 60° C. reduce surface temperature to 5°C -10°C when roof temperature is 50°C.

Surface preparation:
The surface to be painted must be clean, dry, stable and free from dust, oil, grease or other contamination. Surface preparation methods depend on the type of surface and the conditions under which construction is being carried out.
Recommended paint scheme:
| Paint products used | Number of classes | Dry paint film thickness |
| Colori anti-rust primer | 1 - 2 | 50 microns/layer |
| Colori heat-resistant coating for corrugated iron roofs | 3 | 150 micron |
Theoretical coverage for recommended film thickness: 8 – 10 m2/kg/layer 50 microns (depending on surface conditions)
Theoretical coverage = Solid content by volume (%) x 10
(m2 / liter) Dry film thickness (µ)
Actual coverage (20% loss): 8 m2/liter (for dry film thickness of 50 microns)
Note: Theoretical coverage is calculated based on the solid content by volume of the material and is related to the thickness of the paint film applied on the standard surface and does not include loss. Due to environmental conditions, flatness of the surface, geometric structure of the object being painted, skill of the installer, construction method... the actual coverage will be calculated approximately for each case. specifically.
Application method: Brush, roller or airless spray gun
Vacuum spray gun (nozzle size: 0.021 ~ 0.023", spray pressure: 100 ~ 150 kg/cm^2).
Dilution : Brush & Roller Max 10%
Spraying with air Maximum 20%
Diluent: Clean water
Cleaning solvent: Clean water
Note: All equipment must be cleaned immediately with water after use. Alternative solvents not specified or supplied by Colori Paint Company but used for dilution may seriously affect the product and are automatically not guaranteed or warranted.
