Colori galvanized iron coating is a 1-component (1K) paint line made from acrylic resin, color active ingredients, solvents and other additives. 1K acrylic paint is specialized for painting directly on galvanized metal surfaces without a previous primer, so it is also called 2 in 1 (2 IN 1) galvanized iron paint.
Application:
Colori galvanized iron coating is used as a protective and decorative paint layer on galvanized metal surfaces, with very good adhesion, very high color fastness, UV resistance and outdoor weather resistance.
Suitable for use in indoor and outdoor projects.

Surface preparation
The surface to be painted must be clean, dry, stable and free from dust, oil, grease or other contamination. Surface preparation methods depend on the type of surface and the conditions under which construction is being carried out.
Recommended paint scheme:
| Paint products used | Number of classes | Dry paint film thickness |
| Colori alkyd oil paint (according to Colori color chart or requested color) |
1 - 2 | 50 microns/layer |
Theoretical coverage for recommended film thickness: Theoretical 10-12 m2/liter (with dry paint film thickness of 50 (microns)
Theoretical coverage = Solid content by volume (%) x 10
(m2 / liter) Dry film thickness (µ)
Actual coverage (20% loss): 8 - 10 m2.
Note: Theoretical coverage is calculated based on the solid content by volume of the material and is related to the thickness of the paint film applied on the standard surface and does not include loss. Due to environmental conditions, flatness of the surface, geometric structure of the object being painted, skill of the installer, construction method... the actual coverage will be calculated approximately for each case. specifically.
Application method: Brush, roller or airless spray gun
Spray data: Spray with air
Supply pressure (kg/cm2) 3 - 4
Nozzle size at 60 degrees angle 1.3 mm
Dilution : Brush & Roller Max 10%
Spraying with air Maximum 20%
Diluent: Colori solvent
Cleaning solvent: Colori solvent
Note: All equipment must be cleaned immediately with solvent after use. Alternative solvents not specified or supplied by Colori Paint Company but used for dilution may seriously affect the product and are automatically not guaranteed or warranted.
Drying Time:
Drying time at 25°C to 30°C:
Surface dry: About 4 hours
Dry to handle: 12 hours
Transition time between 2 coats of paint: Minimum 4-8 hours
