Colori galvanized iron primer is the first anti-rust primer used on galvanized metal surfaces. Save 40% compared to using two-component epoxy paint, which is a one-component Alkyd paint that is easy to use, has good adhesion, and dries quickly.
Application:
Colori galvanized iron primer is used as the first anti-rust primer on galvanized. Prevents the possibility of internal rust and increases adhesion to the next coating layer. However, additional color coating must be used for beauty. A specialized paint for 1-component galvanized iron and steel.

Surface preparation
The surface to be painted must be clean, dry, stable and free from dust, oil, grease or other contamination. Surface preparation methods depend on the type of surface and the conditions under which construction is being carried out.
Recommended paint scheme:
| Paint products used | Number of classes | Dry paint film thickness |
| Colori galvanized iron primer (gray, red brown) | 1 - 2 | 50 microns/layer |
| Colori galvanized iron coating (according to Colori color chart or requested color) |
2 | 100 micron |
Theoretical coverage for recommended film thickness: Theory: ~ 11.50 m2/liter/layer (for dry film thickness of 50 microns)
Theoretical coverage = Solid content by volume (%) x 10
(m2 / liter) Dry film thickness (µ)
Actual coverage (20% loss): 8 m2/liter (for dry film thickness of 50 microns)
Note: Theoretical coverage is calculated based on the solid content by volume of the material and is related to the thickness of the paint film applied on the standard surface and does not include loss. Due to environmental conditions, flatness of the surface, geometric structure of the object being painted, skill of the installer, construction method... the actual coverage will be calculated approximately for each case. specifically.
Application method: Brush, roller or airless spray gun
Spray data: Spray with air
