PU (Polyurethane) Self-Leveling System Coating is a 4-component, self-smoothing and seamless polyurethane concrete floor system. The product has excellent mechanical and chemical resistance properties. The product is resistant to organic acids, dilute mineral acids, vegetable and animal oils and fats, petroleum and solvents.
The product is suitable for use in conditions with a wide temperature range from -5° C to + 70° C (3 mm); -15 to +90° C (4mm); -40 to +90° C (12mm). The product is not color stable when exposed to UV rays and weather.
Application:
PU (Polyurethane) Self-Leveling System Coating is a product used in environments that are frequently exposed to strong chemicals such as areas requiring cleaning at high temperatures, mechanical machinery, and dairy production areas. , food - beverage production, food cold storage, supermarkets, warehouses - goods distribution areas, chemical - mineral processing plants.
The product is typically used as an overlay on concrete floors at a thickness of 3 to 12 mm.
Physical characteristics:
Characteristic:
Excellent chemical resistance – resistant to organic acids, dilute mineral acids, vegetable and animal oils and fats, petroleum and solvents.

Use immediately after removing the lid.
NOTE: The above information applies to products under specified test conditions. Because the conditions and situations in which the product is used are beyond our control, for specific instructions, please contact Colori paint company customer support. We may edit the technical documentation for the product without prior notice.
Surface preparation:
Remove surface, contaminants, coatings, curing compounds and all weak and loose materials. Prepare the concrete surface by diamond grinding, scratching or roughening the surface to provide a suitable surface for optimal adhesion.
Cut grooves 3mm wide and at least 5mm deep just inside the perimeter of the area and around drains, columns and overhangs where the Colori PU paint product will be applied.
Recommended paint scheme:
| Paint products used | Number of classes | Dry paint film thickness |
| Solvent-based Epoxy Colori primer | 1 - 2 | 50 microns/layer |
| Apply 1 layer of Epoxy Colori coating mixed with aggregate | 1 | 1 - 2 mm/layer |
| PU (Polyurethane) coating in various colors | 1 - 3 | 2 - 3 mm/layer |
Theoretical coverage for recommended film thickness:1.9 kg/m2 for 1 mm thickness
5.7 – 7.6 kg/m² for a thickness of 3 – 4 mm
Depending on the temperature requirements of the project, PU paint is applied in different paint thicknesses.
Note: Theoretical coverage is calculated based on the solid content by volume of the material and is related to the thickness of the paint film applied on the standard surface and does not include loss. Due to environmental conditions, flatness of the surface, geometric structure of the object being painted, skill of the installer, construction method... the actual coverage will be calculated approximately for each case. specifically.
