Colori Self-Leveling Water Based Epoxy Coating

Epoxy Colori self-leveling paint (water-based) is a load-bearing self-leveling paint. Dry and harden by interaction between curing agent and resin. The advanced formula of this paint is suitable for floors that are often exposed to chemicals.

When completed, the surface is shiny, seamless, and easy to clean. Available in many colors to choose from.

Application:

Epoxy Colori self-leveling (water-based) coating is used in industrial and commercial applications where it is necessary to be dry, clean and dust-free. Due to its attractiveness it is naturally chemical resistant, waterproof and easy to clean.

Thus making it suitable for use in any factory that requires GMP compliance. Application areas are laboratories, manufacturing plants, clean rooms, hospitals, machine rooms, electronic assembly plants and many other industrial environments.

Packaging: 5Kg/set and 20Kg/set (Including Component A and Component B divided in a ratio of 4/1)

Characteristic:

- Hard painted surface withstands heavy travel and light transportation. Dust-free, cleans the paint film surface smoothly, dust-free, eliminates bacteria that develop on matte surfaces and is available in many industrial colors to choose from.

- Chemical resistance resistant to many common industrial chemicals

- No solvents

- Do not allow liquid to penetrate.

Safety, Health and Environmental Information:

1. Flammable liquid. Do not leave it near high temperatures, sparks or flames.

2. On skin contact: May cause moderate skin irritation. Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Use gloves

Made from materials that are resistant to solvents. Use soap and water to wash away paint stains on the skin.

3. When inhaled: Causes irritation to the respiratory system. Use only in well-ventilated area. Avoid inhaling paint dust. Use a respirator with a filter that can filter out organic solvents.

4. Eye contact: Causes serious eye irritation and reduced vision. Use goggles that cover both eyes. If paint splashes into your eyes, wash with plenty of water and consult a doctor.

5. When swallowed: Very dangerous if swallowed. Keep away from food, drinks and reach of children. If swallowed, see a doctor immediately and bring the paint container or paint label with you.

6. In case of spillage, collect with soil or sand or suitable absorbent material. Do not pour paint into drains, ditches or water sources.

7. Waste and empty containers should be handled and disposed of in accordance with national and local regulations. Empty containers and other packaging should be remanufactured, recycled or disposed of by appropriate authorities.

Preservation and Storage:

Maximum 24 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from sparks and heat sources.

Do not remove the lid when not in use, place the paint can in an upright position.

Use immediately after removing the lid.
