COLORI water-based Epoxy primer is a water-dispersible Epoxy primer, consisting of 2 low viscosity components that penetrate into concrete, increasing concrete hardness and preventing moisture, environmentally friendly.
Application:
- COLORI water-based Epoxy primer forms a bond layer with floor concrete to create a substrate to increase concrete floor hardness and waterproof factory and warehouse floors, withstand medium and light loads, covering concrete layers and cladding panels. Cement used for factories, warehouses, showrooms, parking garages.
- Ideal for use in hospitals, clinics, and food processing factories because of its high antibacterial properties.
- Structures in places with harsh weather.

Characteristic:
- Compatible with concrete and cement surfaces.
- Able to dissolve in water. Easy to construct
- Dry quickly, even at low temperatures.
- Less sensitive to moisture during construction.

- No solvent, so the application range is wide and less limited
- Less affected by humidity during construction.
Safety, Health and Environmental Information:
- Flammable liquid. Do not leave it near high temperatures, sparks or flames.
- On skin contact: May cause moderate skin irritation. Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Use gloves made from materials that are resistant to solvents. Use soap and water to wash away paint stains on the skin.
- When inhaled: Causes irritation to the respiratory system. Use only in well-ventilated area. Avoid inhaling paint dust. Use a respirator with a filter that can filter out organic solvents.
- On eye contact: Causes serious eye irritation and reduced vision. Use goggles that cover both eyes. If paint splashes into your eyes, wash with plenty of water and consult a doctor.
- When swallowed: Very dangerous if swallowed. Keep away from food, drinks and reach of children. If swallowed, see a doctor immediately and bring the paint container or paint label with you.
- In case of spillage, collect with soil or sand or suitable absorbent material. Do not pour paint into drains, ditches or water sources.
- Waste and empty containers should be treated and disposed of in accordance with national and local regulations. Empty containers and other packaging should be remanufactured, recycled or disposed of by appropriate authorities.
Preservation and Storage:
Maximum 24 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from sparks and heat sources.
Do not remove the lid when not in use, place the paint can in an upright position.
Use immediately after removing the lid.

Surface preparation:
The surface to be painted must be clean, dry, stable and free from dust, oil, grease or other contamination. Surface preparation methods depend on the type of surface and the conditions under which construction is being carried out.
Mix 2 ingredients in the correct ratio by weight: 4/1 (4 parts paint mixed with 1 hardener.)

Note: Theoretical coverage is calculated based on the solid content by volume of the material and is related to the thickness of the paint film applied on the standard surface and does not include loss. Due to environmental conditions, flatness of the surface, geometric structure of the object being painted, skill of the installer, construction method... the actual coverage will be calculated approximately for each case. specifically.
Application method: Brush, roller or airless spray gun
Vacuum spray gun (nozzle size: 0.021 ~ 0.023", spray pressure: 100 ~ 150 kg/cm^2).
Dilution : Brush & Roller Max 10%

Note: All equipment must be cleaned with clean water immediately after use. Alternative solvents not specified or supplied by Colori Paint Company but used for dilution may seriously affect the product and are automatically not guaranteed or warranted.
Drying time at 30 °C:
- Dry face that can be touched: 4 hours ÷ 6 hours
- Travel allowed: 12 hours ÷ 24 hours
- Light vehicle travel allowed: 3 days
Transition time between 2 coats of paint: Minimum 4 - 8 hours
Environmental conditions during construction:
- Do not construct when humidity is greater than 85%. The temperature of the surface to be painted must be at least 3oC higher than the dew point.
- Do not apply when the ambient temperature is lower than 7°C. Because if applied, the drying time and transition time between coats of paint will be longer.
- Must ensure ventilation during construction, do not use near fire sources and do not smoke.
