Instructions for applying water-based Epoxy Colori paint:
-Use a specialized floor scrubber to grind the entire concrete floor surface, creating a flat surface and removing excess impurities from the floor. At the base of concrete walls, there are places where it is necessary to grind the floor with a hand-held machine. The wall must be flat and clean.
- Vacuum the entire floor surface that has been ground and processed again until there is no more dust and impurities remaining on the surface.
- Apply 1 layer of water-based Epoxy Colori primer evenly on the floor surface with a specialized roller.
- Apply 2-3 coats of water-based Epoxy Colori coating to the primed floor surface.
- After 12 hours, you can walk lightly. The self-leveling Epoxy Chlori paint surface can be used normally after 5-7 days, reaching the ideal hardness.
Theoretical coverage for recommended paint film thickness: According to customer requirements, minimum 1mm, 1mm paint film thickness: Rated 1.7kg/m2.
