Colori sports field damping paint is a one-component water-based paint. Made from 100% pure acrylic resin, special additives, pre-mixed with clean water for immediate use.
The paint is applied as a cushioning layer to create bounce for the ball on the surface of tennis courts, basketball courts, badminton courts, volleyball courts,... and other types of sports fields.
Application:
Colori sports court damping paint Used as a surface primer for tennis court floors before applying the Colori sports court color coating system.
The pre-fabricated component mixed with a mixture of fine quartz sand (diameter 1 mm - 2 mm) has the effect that after being applied to the yard floor, it will fill the voids and obscure surface defects.
Application over a smooth or porous asphalt mixture will completely cover the substrate, making it smoother and reducing the consumption of subsequent Novacoat paint material.
Apply to the substrate surface of Cement Concrete or Asphalt asphalt after being treated for waterproofing.

- Unlike bitument-based products, paint is less affected by temperature and climate.
- The product is waterproof and does not require maintenance after application.
- Clean construction tools easily with clean water.
- Waste treatment is not strict because it has a product label that is not harmful to the environment.
Safety, Health and Environmental Information:
- Flammable liquid. Do not leave it near high temperatures, sparks or flames.
- On skin contact: May cause moderate skin irritation. Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Use gloves made from materials that are resistant to solvents. Use soap and water to wash away paint stains on the skin.
- When inhaled: Causes irritation to the respiratory system. Use only in well-ventilated area. Avoid inhaling paint dust. Use a respirator with a filter that can filter out organic solvents.
- On eye contact: Causes serious eye irritation and reduced vision. Use goggles that cover both eyes. If paint splashes into your eyes, wash with plenty of water and consult a doctor.
- When swallowed: Very dangerous if swallowed. Keep away from food, drinks and reach of children. If swallowed, see a doctor immediately and bring the paint container or paint label with you.
- In case of spillage, collect with soil or sand or suitable absorbent material. Do not pour paint into drains, ditches or water sources.
- Waste and empty containers should be treated and disposed of in accordance with national and local regulations. Empty containers and other packaging should be remanufactured, recycled or disposed of by appropriate authorities.
Preservation and Storage:
Maximum 24 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from sparks and heat sources.
Do not remove the lid when not in use, place the paint can in an upright position.
Use immediately after removing the lid.

Surface preparation:
The surface to be painted must be clean, dry, stable and free from dust, oil, grease or other contamination. Surface preparation methods depend on the type of surface and the conditions under which construction is being carried out.
Sports field construction is usually done in 5 layers with 1 layer of primer, 2 layers of damping pad and 02 layers of color coating finished with a rubber blade.
Recommended paint scheme:
Add 10 - 15% quartz sand (particle size diameter 50 - 60 mesh)
+ 1 Waterproof primer layer for the ground surface, penetrating deeply into the yard surface.
+ 2 Layers of shock absorbing padding are constructed in a direction perpendicular to the net in the middle of the field
+ Wait for the paint to dry and apply the 2nd and 3rd color coats in a direction parallel to the mesh.
+ Paint and mark the playing field.
Theoretical coverage for recommended film thickness: + 250 gr/m2 for intermediate paint layer.
+ 200 gr/m2 for finishing paint layer.
Actual coverage (20% loss): 180 - 200Gr/ M2 (for dry film thickness of 400 - 600 microns).
Note: Theoretical coverage is calculated based on the solid content by volume of the material and is related to the thickness of the paint film applied on the standard surface and does not include loss. Due to environmental conditions, flatness of the surface, geometric structure of the object being painted, skill of the installer, construction method... the actual coverage will be calculated approximately for each case. specifically.

Note: All equipment must be cleaned immediately with water after use. Alternative solvents not specified or supplied by Colori Paint Company but used for dilution may seriously affect the product and are automatically not guaranteed or warranted.

Dry hard 12 hours – 16 hours
Transition time between 2 coats of paint: Minimum 4 - 8 hours
Environmental conditions during construction:
- Do not construct when humidity is greater than 85%. The temperature of the surface to be painted must be at least 3oC higher than the dew point.
- Do not apply when the ambient temperature is lower than 7°C. Because if applied, the drying time and transition time between coats of paint will be longer.
- Must ensure ventilation during construction, do not use near fire sources and do not smoke.
